Shipping policy

 * Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 * Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days, while expedited options take 1 to 3 business days.

 * International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs clearing processes, generally ranging from 7 to 21 business days.

 * Customs, Duties, and Taxes: [Digitizedabstracts.com] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 * Order Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 * Damages & Lost Packages: If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [kyledeankennedy1981@digitizedabstracts.com] with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    Digital Downloads

    Digital products are delivered instantly via a download link sent to your email after purchase. No physical shipping is involved. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

    Canvas Prints (Print-on-Demand)

    Canvas prints are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please allow the following timeframes:

    • Production time: 2–7 business days
    • Shipping time (US): 3–5 business days
  • Shipping time (International): 10–20 business days

Total delivery time is production + shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
